More winter returnees.............
It hasn't turned cold yet but the winter visitors are all arriving in force..............
There was a small flock of 11 Brent Geese at Kamiiso yesterday.
They like the seaweed. Well it is Japan I suppose. When in Rome.
They must have arrived in the last few days..............
There was also a small flock of Eurasian Wigeon in the same port as well as a few Scaup. On the sea were several Great-crested Grebe and on the river there were 3 Great Egret, the usual common ducks and a mixed flock of 7 gull species including Glaucous and Glaucous-winged.
