Another mild December day

The very mild start to winter continues..............


Up in Yakumo the eagles were still shy and standoffish. Except for this one which was in a tree outside someone's house.

It looks a bit rakish, hopefully it isn't sick.

Still abundant supplies of food and mild weather seems to result in a lack of photo opps, most of today's pics were from a distance.

Note the lack of snow. It was about 8 degrees today, not weather I normally associate with Yakumo in mid December.
